Service were perfect, they din't had my product I was looking for then the new shop manager went to the computer en within a hour it was in stock. PERFECT!

In the meanwhile he offered me coffee and a chat.

A customer of many years,when,in The Netherlands.
A pity,the cinema has closed.This area of the city,badly needs a gay cinema.
Less attitude,from the younger staff is needed.

Very unfriendly although good to nay=tives??. was there earlier and did niot have the same experience.

Was there Friday and found the service excellent under the new management. Needed advice but was afraid to ask. The very friendly 9and informed)shop keeper come to me very soon after entering and asked if I needed help. Ended up with the precise product I needed, which I would not have been able to do on my own.

Bad service in the shop. Assistant more interested in chatting with friends, and feeling superior to customers. If Paris is so fabulous, then maybe it's better to work there, but don't bring French "service" here please.
