When all the Amsterdam places are almost over-hyped with wanne-be's this place is still a spot to go where you can go for a nice drink and chat with the locals. Sometimes music is too loud for the crowd. One of the best spots to go!

Friendly bartender and reasonable price but this is a good place to chat or making new friends if you are dutch.

A nice and cozy environment to have a couple of beers and a chat. Nice staff, nice people around you.

Probably the most friendliest gay bar in Amsterdam...friendly bartenders, nice music, cheap drinks, alternative films on tv's (porn or cult), social atmosphere, billiard, and more...come and see for yourself ;)

If you want a friendly home from home local this is it. Even get bingo on a Saturday. Dutch-Anglo atmosphere. Dark room almost redundant. Even the adult films seem to have been replaced.

Have you ever heard of a place where the most interesting people are to be met around the pinball machine? I hadn't till i found this place. If you're looking for something alternative, you found it. Good fun, and the fireplace in winter makes it quite cosy.
